BioTeke®Sterile Disposable Viral Sampling Collection Kit
BioTeke®Sterile Disposable Viral Sampling Collection Kit is a FDA validated collection and transport system to collect and transport viruses in an active form to the laboratory for identification during COVID-19. It is designed to maintain the viability of the viral sample for 48 hours at 2-8 degree centigrade.
With 3 mL Viral Transport Medium in a 10 mL Ushape bottom tube and one sterile flocked swab with molded break point handle, nylon microfiber suitable for virus sampling. Both individual packaging and 100 kits Economical packaging are available.

Description
The sampling swab uses advanced jet implanted nylon fuzz technology. Compared with conventional fiber swabs, the sample is easily penetrated, diluted, and trapped in the fiber. The nylon flocking swab has outstanding sample collection and release capability, and the release rate can reach 90%, which is much higher than that of the conventional fiber swab.
Light red media formation contains antibiotics that can effectively inhibit the reproduction of bacteria and fungi.

Comparison results
Detection effect of different types of preservation tubes
In order to facilitate the selection of different types of storage tubes, we tested different brands, under 4℃ storage conditions, and different storage days(the first day, the third day, the seventh day, the fourteenth day, and the thirtieth day). The sensitivity of nucleic acid detection of the new coronavirus is as follows.
In general, the Ct value of Bioteke is lower than that of some common brands on the market, regardless of room temperature or 4℃ storage conditions.
The detection sensitivity is higher and the test results are more stable.
